How long we keep information
If you have purchased a product / ticket from our website we will keep your information for 1 year, after this it is automatically anonymised and your personal information is removed from our system.
Failed / incomplete orders are removed from our systems daily.

If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
